Shopping at E-Arts Nepal is simple and easy. This page will help you understand how to search and navigate through the shop and make purchases.

When you are registered and have a E-Arts Nepal Login ID, you can buy any artwork from our catalogue by clicking on the 'Add to cart' button next to the artwork. Your Shopping Cart contains all the items you would like to purchase on E-Arts Nepal.


When you are ready to buy the artworks that you have added to your shopping cart, click on the 'Proceed to Checkout' button. After you choose the payment option and accept our terms and conditions, and upon receipt of your payment, your order will be processed immediately and you will receive a confirmation order number for your reference. Please see below for further information on payment options.

TERMS AND POLICIES

International Shipments

Generally, E-Arts Nepal takes care of customs clearance for shipments to countries other than Nepal. However, if you choose to undertake customs clearance yourself or through a third party appointed by you, please note the following points:

  • All the artworks will be delivered not at the shipping address in your order details as you have specified but at the customs location of the destination country.
  • Purchased artworks will be delivered by our logistics carriers to your appointed agent as soon as the relevant documents for self clearance are handed over to E-Arts Nepal.
  • E-Arts Nepal will not be responsible for the storage or any damage to the artworks after the handover of documents to your appointed agent and while pending customs clearance as well.
  • E-Arts Nepal will not be responsible for any delays caused during customs clearance.
  • E-Arts Nepal is not liable for the condition of your purchased artworks when they reach you after custom clearance. Please send us an email at: info@eartsnepal.com if you have any other queries

 

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Wire Transfer

When you chose wire transfer option in your order details, we will revert to you and provide the Bank details and necessary Swift code. On receipt of payment we will update you and ship the artwork. We will be updating the status of the order and the shipment through the backend and thus you will be able to see the status of the order by logging into "Your Account"

Demand Draft/Cheque

We will revert to you the amount to be sent if you choose Demand Draft/Cheque option.

Credit Card

E-Arts Nepal is in the process of implementing credit cards payment option. Once implemented, E-Arts Nepal accepts all International credit cards including MasterCard, Visa and American Express.

Please Note: The artworks you have ordered will be kept on hold, under your name, for seven working days during the payment processing time. Your order will be shipped only when your payment has been received.

 

TAXES & SHIPPING COST

Taxes and Shipping Cost at actual rate will be added to the order value and informed to you on confirmation of your order. We will process for shipment once the amount is credited.

 

AUTHENTICITY GUARANTEE

E-Arts Nepal provides an assurance on behalf of the seller that each piece of artwork that we offer for sale on this site is a genuine work of the artist we have listed.

E-Arts Nepal guarantees the authenticity of the paintings and sculptures for a period of one year. Authenticity in relation to artworks means resemblance of the artwork with the description provided on the web site, especially with reference to the name of the artist, title of the artwork, date, medium, dimensions and so on.

 

REFUNDS & RETURNS

At E-Arts Nepal all purchases are final. We will process refunds on artworks that have been damaged as a result of handling or shipping. Please contact us at info@eartsnepal.com in case any item has been damaged during shipping, and we will process your case as soon as possible. If you receive a damaged product, please ensure the following:

  • Please inform E-Arts Nepal if the damage within five days of receipt of the artworks including the details of the damage.
  • If the damage is seen at the time of delivery, make note of the damage on the courier's copy of the airway bill and their delivery sheet, as well as on the copy that you keep.

Please send images of the goods with close-ups of the damaged portion to E-Arts Nepal

This will help us in processing claims on time.

Please remember that we insure all sculptures and paintings against damage during shipment. We are committed to service to our clients. However, frames of paintings are not insured.
